Delivery- UK

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment. We shall endeavour to deliver the goods you have offered to purchase within 24 hours (same working day) of receiving your order. If there any delays we will notify you of such delay as soon as possible.

Your order will be delivered to you during office hours (9 am-5 pm), Monday to Friday. We are unfortunately unable to specify the time at which the goods will be delivered to you, but general practice for delivery is 1 to 3 working days.

Orders are usually delivered by Royal Mail or Courier, and a signature may be required upon delivery. For larger quantity of orders we can arrange expedited delivery option or signed and tracked one or on customer’s request.

International shipments/orders

Deliveries to the rest of the world are treated as export orders, and we have various shipping options available to suit your needs. If you would prefer to make your own delivery options, or discuss the options available please contact us through the Surgicat messaging service.
